Frequently Asked Questions

I offer individual counseling sessions that I tailor to each of my clients. A lot of my clients come to me looking for help managing anxiety or unresolved past traumas. I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and/or Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), as I have been trained in all of these modalities. I have also had a variety of other trainings throughout my career and can mix and match depending on what my client is currently dealing with at that time.

I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication to all of my clients. I put a lot of energy and time into the therapeutic relationship and am always as transparent as I possibly can be with my clients. It’s not just what I do—it’s how I do it that sets me apart.
